What is the Woollux Warranty?

Woollux warranty applies to all physical goods purchased from Our website.

What does this warranty cover?

Any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Woollux will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to fix the issues?

Woollux will either repair the Product at no extra charge or issue a full refund for your order.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period is 5 years (1825 days) from the date of purchase.

What does this warranty not cover?

Woollux Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Normal wear & fabric fading are not considered manufacturing defects and are not cover under the Warranty.

To submit warranty claim, kindly email inquiries@woollux.com Please make sure to include all details of your order (receipt/invoice & a picture of the defect). In the event that the repair is not possible or the defected product is due to manufacturing defect and not misuse, we will replace it.

Failure to provide proof of purchase. Defects caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow the wash guidelines. Product that has been altered in any way. Warranty is not transferable to another party. Theft or loss of the product.
