Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, delivered directly to your door. Shipping costs, applicable customs duties, and import taxes are included, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.

Production Time

As each Woollux product is individually handcrafted, our standard production time is approximately 7–10 business days. Custom orders and periods of high demand may require slightly longer.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to explore express production and delivery options where available.

Delivery and Carriers

We work with trusted international carriers, including FedEx and selected postal partners. The carrier is chosen according to the destination, package size, and most suitable available service.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and begin once your order has been completed and dispatched.
