Product Care

Before you do anything else try wiping down any spillages on this precious fabric: it'll help keep any subsequent messes confined exclusively there!

  • Mattresses - The body's natural movements for eight hours work their way into your mattress's fabric. This wear is inevitable but can be slowed with good care practices like rotating from one side to another every week or two-month so that each part of the bed has time for rest too! In case you spill something, spot clean by wiping away any stains and zipping off for machine washing. Air dry completely.
  • Toppers - In case you spill something, spot clean by wiping away any stains and zipping off for machine washing. Air dry completely.
  • Blankets - You can use wool program with a detergent for the best results. Air dry if you hand-wash it, remove excess water by gently squeezing out any remaining liquid from each fiber before placing on drainboard or dish rack to air dry naturally.
  • Sleeping Pillows - Removable zip-off coverings are machine washable.
  • Decorative Pillows - Removable zip-off coverings are machine washable.
To ensure even compression regardless of your sleeping position, rotate your Woollux Mattress regularly within the first six months. This way, each side gets a fair amount of time with pressure from us lounging around during daytime hours! The result will be an evenly compressed material that lasts for several decades--a testament to its quality design. The compression is about 5% during the first six months of use.
