Laat de matras een keer per jaar een dag in de zon luchten om de wol op te frissen.
Omgaan met natte incidenten:
- Wolvulling; Als de wolvulling nat wordt, verwijder deze dan en was deze voorzichtig met de hand in lauw water. Laat het grondig drogen in de zon voordat u het terug in de matras legt.
- Deksel: Terwijl de vulling droogt, kunt u het natte deksel schoonmaken.

Wool naturally compresses with use — typically by 10–15% in the first few months. To accommodate this, each wool mattress is intentionally overfilled and may appear slightly thicker upon arrival. With regular use, it will settle to its intended height.

I am writing to thank you for the totally hassle free purchase of the mattress and topper both wool filled. Which are of excellent quality.
My husband says he really feels the benefits of a wool mattress since sleeping on it. Better sleep, better temperature control and he loves the firmness of the mattress.
I'd like to add, in case you wish to use this as a review, that while you were very attentive in replying to my questions almost by immediate return - you did not pressure us to make a purchase during the week we took to decide exactly what we wanted. That was appreciated.

Zane I first ordered a wool topper to test things out, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality and comfort. The linen fabric felt incredible. After experiencing how good the topper was, I decided to order the full wool mattress, and it exceeded every expectation. The support, the feel, the natural materials..... everything is perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly natural and luxurious sleeping experience!

Caroline I really love this mattress. I was nervous about ordering online and choosing the right thickness, so I emailed before buying... Vera replied and honestly made everything so much easier. She answered all my questions, helped me pick the right option for our bed, and explained what to expect from a wool mattress in a very down-to-earth way.
The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable and supportive - my back feels so much better already. It's firm but cozy at the same time, and you can tell its properly handmade. There is a faint wool smell, but its natural and already fading with airing, nothing chemical or harsh.
Overall, I feel like I made a really good investment - and I probably wouldn't have gone through with it without Vera's help.
