Varför sova på en ullmadrass?

Ull ger en sovyta som skiljer sig tydligt från vanliga skummadrasser. Dess naturligt andningsbara struktur hjälper till att hantera värme och fukt samtidigt som den ger ett fjädrande stöd – utan syntetiskt skum, fjädrar eller kemiska flamskyddsmedel.

What does a Woollux wool mattress feel like?

A Woollux mattress feels supportive, dense and naturally cushioned rather than soft or sink-in like memory foam. Because it contains no foam, latex or springs, even our thickest mattress feels firmer than many conventional mattresses. For additional cushioning, choose a thicker mattress or add a wool topper.

Which thickness should I choose?

Choose 3 in (8 cm) for a very firm, minimal surface, 5 in (13 cm) for a balanced mid-firm feel, or 7 in (18 cm) for the most cushioning. Side sleepers often prefer 7 in, while many back and stomach sleepers choose 5 in. Contact us for a personal recommendation.

What is inside a Woollux mattress?

Every mattress is hand-filled with 100% natural, OEKO-TEX-certified wool. Cover options include OEKO-TEX-certified linen and virgin-wool fabric, plus GOTS-certified organic-cotton fabric. We use no polyurethane foam, latex, springs, glue, added fragrance or added chemical flame retardants.

Does a wool mattress sleep hot?

Wool’s breathable structure helps manage heat and moisture rather than trapping warmth around the body. Your sheets, protector, room temperature and bed base also influence how warm you sleep. For the most breathable setup, combine the mattress with natural bedding and a ventilated slatted base.

Will the wool compress or form body impressions?

It generally compresses by 10-15% during the first few months. We overfill each mattress so it settles toward its intended height, while hand-tufting helps keep the filling controlled. Regular rotation and flipping encourage even compression.

Can you make custom sizes and shapes?

Yes. Every Woollux mattress is made to order. You can enter custom dimensions directly into our custom-size configurator. For unusual shapes, antique frames, campers or very large mattresses, contact us with your measurements.

How long will my order take?

Standard production takes 7-10 business days. Delivery varies by destination. Free worldwide delivery, applicable customs duties and import taxes are included.

What are your return and warranty terms?

Eligible standard-size products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Custom and personalized products cannot be returned. Every Woollux product also includes a five-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
